1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
My Carryo currently ships across India. We are working on expanding to the Middle East and international destinations — stay tuned!
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines vary by location:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 4-6 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5-8 business days
- Remote areas and Tier 3 cities: 7-12 business days
These are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a minimum order value — check our website for current promotions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order through the courier's website.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you. Re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at carryo.com@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
