Refund policy

1. Overview

At Carryo, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided


The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at carryo.com@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item clearly showing the issue (if applicable)


Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without prior approval.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us at carryo.com@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
